Jennifer LeSage
Co-owner of Massage Only, Jennifer is a graduate of the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jen feels that massage is the key to reducing stress and facilitating relaxation.
Melissa Comeau O'Brien
Co-owner of Massage Only, Melissa is a graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Melissa is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage
(CEIM). Fitness is an essential part of her life. Melissa feels that the integration of massage and exercise helps maintain optimal well-being. Melissa is the proud mother of her son, Luke and daughter, Charlotte, and understands the challenges of parenthood. In her experience, she knows that massage can ease some of the tensions, even if only for an hour.
Heather Goodrow
Heather is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who has been working at Massage Only since July 2003. She administers therapeutic, remedial and relaxation massage, implementing recommendations on stress relief techniques, strengthening exercises and stretching to promote the health and well being of her clients. Heather attended North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester NH. Her training includes Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Grigorian Method, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Technique, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Masage, Thai Table Massage, Fibromyalgia/Myofascial Pain Syndrome Techniques, Neck Massage, and Polarity-Based Exercise. Heather is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage
(CEIM). Heather's specialty services include a rejuvenating citrus reflexology treatment and hot stone massage. Heather continues her education on a regular basis through workshops and seminars.
Sarah Hebb
Sarah is a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA and has been licensed in therapeutic massage and bodywork since 2000. Her work generally incorporates Deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, Reflexology, Neuromuscular therapy and trigger point work, but is versatile and always tailored to meet each client's specific needs. Her specialities include Prenatal massage and helping those with fibromyalgia, chronic muscle pain, repetitive stress injuries, and TMJ disorder. Sarah has recently completed training in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®, a technique that uses bare feet to apply deep compression kneading and effleurage strokes to the body. Sarah is one of only three therapists in the North Shore trained in this technique, and is excited to be able to offer “The Deepest, Most Luxurious Massage on the Planet™” to her clients.
Amy Pac
Amy graduated from the Polarity Realization Institute in 1998. She is Nationally
Certified and a Member of ABMP. Formerly the owner of Holistic Healing Hands in
Newburyport and
Haverhill, she has also worked in 2 different spas in Boston and
a health club in Danvers. Her training includes LaStone therapy, pregnancy, sports
massage, deep tissue, newborn massage, certified newborn massage instructor, chair
massage, and swedish. Amy is also a licensed Realtor.
Lisa Pondelli
Lisa is a graduate of Muscular Therapy Institute and a member of IMA. She has taught anatomy, physiology, pathology and myology at The Salter School for massage students. She has also studied Shaman healing in Mexico and Shambala Reiki in New Hampshire. Lisa feels that understanding the human body and using a variety of healing techniques aids in her ability to give a customized massage for each individuals needs.
Gwen Zeiner
Gwen Zeiner is a graduate of Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich MA. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). Gwen has been a massage therapist since 2001, and has worked in Danvers, San Diego, CA, and Martha's Vineyard. She incorporates many modalities into her massage with a main focus on relaxation. |
